Returns

The stock is dynamic and we are unable to fully manage it because many stakeholders are involved, including our warehouse and factory. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any moment. It is possible that you will not receive your purchase after it has been placed.

Our policy lasts for 30 days. We cannot return or exchange your purchase when it's been 30 days since you purchased it.

You are able to return a product when it's unopened and still in the same state as when you first received it. You must have the item in the original packaging.
